THE PHYSIOLOGY PHASE. Fat isn't the problem. Unwanted fat is a symptom of an unhealthy and unbalanced body. Along with excess fat typically comes a lack of consistent and sustainable energy. This month focuses on creating a roadmap to transform your energy by getting you healthy from the inside out.
When your cells are happy & healthy, energy is a daily thing and fat starts to fall off!
THE PURIFY & DETOX PHASE. You have newfound energy, you're sleeping like a champ & waking up refreshed every day! During this phase we'll focus on "de-weeding the garden", so to speak, by tackling any chronic underlying infections that have wreaked havoc on your body. Your fitness and nutrition will focus on getting strong, recovering and nourishing your cells with food.
THE RESULTS. Fat isn't the problem. Unwanted fat is a symptom of an unhealthy and unbalanced body. Now that you've worked on building and balancing your body, the fat is starting to fall off "almost too easy." Our last phase is spent learning how to phase your food according to your lifestyle, work towards ending leaky gut, replenish your microbiota. With a healthy body and a metabolism that's flexible and reliable, the fat just keeps falling off.
